– Customers who pay online or through their personal bank’s bill pay service will need to create a new online account or update their bank’s payee information using the new account number shown on their bill.
– Pay-by-phone and check payment options remain unchanged.
– Customers will be able to make one-time online payments or enroll in autopay through the BCWSA website at www.BCWSA.net.
