MAP OF LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENTS

The Langhorne Borough Police Department was established in 1990 with the aim of enhancing community policing efforts.

Officers are on duty throughout the day, patrolling our streets to ensure public safety and respond quickly to the needs of the community. Additionally, the Pennsylvania State Police serve as backup, providing an added layer of support and resources in situations where additional assistance may be needed. They will be dispatched by the same Police Radio Dispatcher. This collaborative approach ensures that residents receive prompt and effective assistance from law enforcement, whether it’s provided by local officers or the state police.

Copies of accident reports and answers to questions can be obtained at our Police Station on the second floor of the Borough Hall. Click below for a printable copy of your accident report.

GET ACCIDENT REPORTS

Fill out the House Check form and return it to the Police Department (in person at the office or by email at kburns@langhornepd.com).

HOUSE CHECK FORM

The purpose of the House Check form is to facilitate communication between Langhorne Borough residents and the Police Department. By submitting this form, residents notify the Police Department of their absence from town for a period exceeding three days. During their absence, the Police Department will conduct checks on the residence. This initiative not only enhances security but also serves as a precaution against unforeseen issues such as plumbing problems or unattended deliveries. It’s important to understand that by completing this form, residents grant the Police Department permission to access their property for inspections if needed. The Police Department cannot guarantee the timing or thoroughness of these inspections, nor can it assure the security of the residence or protection of the property in the resident’s absence.
