On Monday, May 11th at 7:00PM, the Langhorne Borough Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) will convene in Council Chambers, 114 East Maple Avenue for a public hearing to consider the request for a zoning variance from Section 603 of the Langhorne Borough Zoning Ordinance. This variance is requested to permit an addition to be constructed at 219 East Richardson Avenue in a side yard setback resulting in a 4’ side yard setback, where 10’ is required. The property is located within the R2 – Residential Zoning District and owned by William Tynan and Lori Valinote Tynan.
