Since the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority (BCWSA) transitioned to their new billing system on May 12, 2026, many residents have raised questions about how to read their bills and understand their water usage. To address these questions, BCWSA has created an FAQ sheet with information about the implementation of their new billing system, how it impacted residents’ water bill, and how charges are billed.
